John Young

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Young is a highly experienced geologist and was co-founder and executive director of successful ASX200 lithium producer Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS). Mr Young played a critical role in growing Pilbara from a junior ASX-listed company to a globally significant $2 billion lithium producer in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Mr Young currently serves as a non-executive director of ASX-listed Astute Metals NL and Trek Metals Limited.

Cameron Henry

Managing Director

Mr Henry boasts over 20 years’ experience in managing and operating public companies within the mining industry spanning across a diverse array of commodities encompassing engagements in Australia, Indonesia, North America, and South America. Mr. Henry’s most significant role was serving as the founding Managing Director of Primero Group Limited, where his leadership propelled the company into becoming an industry leader in engineering and construction. Under his guidance, Primero Group Limited expanded its global presence and earned recognition as a top builder of lithium processing facilities worldwide.

Mr. Henry’s wealth of experience and accomplishments in the mining industry become invaluable assets for the company’s success. His proven expertise in managing public companies and his specific achievements in lithium processing make him a key contributor to the company’s strategic goals and endeavours.

Patrick Murphy

Non-Executive Director

Patrick is an experienced mining investment professional, having spent 18 years combined at the global investment group Macquarie and AMCI Group, a private operating, investment and trading group active in the natural resources industry. He has specialised in deploying capital in the raw materials and mining industries for his entire career. Patrick has global experience and a proven pedigree in identifying and successfully executing value enhancing initiatives in the industry. 

Patrick’s previous roles include AMCI’s representative on the APIJV alongside Mineral Resources Limited as operator of the Onslow Iron project, director of private metallurgical coal producer Baralaba Coal and Non-executive Director of Jupiter Mines (JMS:ASX). Prior board positions expand across a number of mineral exploration, development and operational companies and Patrick is currently non-executive director of Juno Minerals (ASX:JNO), Grid Metals (TSXV:GRDM) and co-founder and Chairman of Aberdeen Minerals (private).

Patrick holds a bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Robin Longley

Non-Executive Director

Rob has more than 30 years of successful exploration and mining experience with Australian and International Projects. Rob is a top Geology graduate from the University of Western Australia and has since built a solid reputation based on operational, business development and project evaluation and is a trusted and distinguished Corporate and Company leader. Particularly strong in Lithium, Critical Minerals, Gold and Iron Ore.

His recent experience includes Managing Director of Helios Gold Limited, Managing Director at Asra Minerals, and General Manager Geology for Sundance Resources in Africa from 2007 to 2015.

Han Seung Cho

Non-Executive Director

Han Cho is the General Manager of EcoPro Innovation’s (EcoPro) Strategic Business team, where he has played a key role for over five years. He brings extensive experience in strategic business management, raw material procurement, and project execution. Prior to EcoPro, Han managed projects and oversaw sales operations across multiple North American OEMs at an automotive interior parts manufacturing company.

At EcoPro, Han has been instrumental in securing long-term raw material offtake agreements, negotiating contracts with equipment suppliers, and supporting the procurement of equipment for EcoPro’s first Lithium Hydroxide Manufacturing (LHM) plant. He also leads key partnerships and investments, driving EcoPro’s mid-to-long-term business planning and growth strategy.

Work Scope/Contract No 2 - Site access road maintenance includes

  • regular inspections and repairs of the Jack Fish road turn off to Seymour to ensure safe and reliable access for vehicles and equipment
  • upkeep of the Armstrong Accommodation Camp access and internal roads
  • grading, resurfacing, snow removal, and drainage management to prevent erosion and maintain road integrity
  • implementing safety and environmental compliance measures, scheduling routine maintenance, and providing progress reports to stakeholders

 The goal is to maintain optimal road conditions, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

 Procurement Strategy: Daily rate plus materials

Location: Seymour Mine Site

Equipment: Grader, water cart, drum compactor, snow plough, wheel loader, tipper truck, road sweeper

Likely team size: 2-4 staff on 2 x 2 roster (12-hour day shift)

Duration: 3 years minimum

Work Scope/Contract No 1 - Surface Crushing Plant and Operation for Seymour Mine construction

  • site preparation, supply and installation of crushing and screening equipment
  • establishing operational procedures for material handling and crushing operations to crush excavated waste rock to the appropriate sizes and specifications to serve as construction gravel
  • implementing safety and environmental compliance measures, scheduling regular maintenance, and monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance

The goal is to produce high-quality aggregate materials efficiently while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders

Procurement Strategy: Supply, Install and Operate

Location: Seymour Mine Site

Equipment: Surface Crushing Plant and Loader

Likely team size: 2-3 staff on 2 x 2 roster (12-hour day shift)

Duration: 12 months
